TuQuant Verity · Verified AI Observability
Observability that verifies itself.
Verity finds the root cause of incidents across your network, payments, plants and grid, then proves it against your own telemetry before anyone acts. Fixes are proven too, and the full record is sealed for auditors and regulators.
How it works
Propose. Verify. Act. Prove.
AI incident agents are confident. Verity makes them correct, by refusing to show any cause it cannot prove.
Propose
AI agents read anomalies, dependencies, changes and logs, and name the most likely root causes.
Verify
Every proposed cause is checked against your own telemetry. Causes the data does not support are discarded.
Act
Confirmed causes are priced in business terms and remediated under policy, with human approval where you require it.
Prove
Symptoms are measured again. Proven fixes close the incident; anything else is rolled back. Every step is sealed on a tamper-evident record.
Capabilities
What only Verity does.
Verified root cause
On-call sees only causes that passed tests against live telemetry, each with the evidence that confirmed it. Wrong guesses are rejected with proof.
Proof-of-fix
Recovery is measured after every action. Time to resolve is clocked to a proven fix, and avoided loss is counted only when recovery is confirmed.
Sealed evidence
Observations, decisions, approvals and actions are kept on a tamper-evident record that any later edit would expose.
Business impact
Each incident is priced in subscribers and dropped calls, failed payments and value disrupted, OEE points and margin, or customers outside voltage limits.
Graded AI agents
See how often each agent and model is right, measured against ground truth rather than another model's opinion, beside tokens, latency and spend.
Governed telemetry cost
Exploding metric labels are found automatically. Reduction rules apply only after they are proven safe, and the savings are measured afterwards.
Industry packs
Built for the operations that cannot go down.
Telecommunications
RAN, transport, 5G core, IMS, charging and mediation. Priced as subscribers affected, dropped calls and revenue at risk. Evidence for FCC Part 4 outage reports.
Banking and payments
Payment rails, card switch, HSM, core banking and fraud models. Priced as failed transactions and value disrupted. Evidence for 36-hour regulator notices and DORA.
Manufacturing
Lines, CNC, PLCs, OPC UA, MES and predictive maintenance. Priced as OEE points, units and margin lost. Evidence for IEC 62443 change records.
Energy and utilities
Substations, transformers, feeders, SCADA, DER and storage. Priced as customers at risk and energy curtailed. Evidence for NERC CIP-008.
Outcomes
What changes for your teams.
A pilot on your own telemetry shows what each of these is worth in your estate.
- Faster recovery, because triage starts from a confirmed cause instead of a guess.
- Regulator-ready records assembled from sealed evidence in minutes, not rebuilt from chat logs.
- Lower telemetry cost from reduction rules that are proven safe before they apply.
- No unverified AI root causes put in front of on-call engineers.
Market position
Where Verity is different.
| Capability | Typical observability platforms | TuQuant Verity |
|---|---|---|
| AI root-cause analysis | Assistant suggests causes | Agents propose, Verity proves |
| Checked against telemetry before display | Left to your engineers | Every claim confirmed or rejected by your data |
| Fix outcome verified, with rollback | Runbooks execute without outcome checks | Proof-of-fix with automatic rollback |
| Tamper-evident incident record | User audit logs | Sealed record from first anomaly to outcome |
| Regulator report drafts | Not offered | FCC NORS, 36-hour notice, NERC CIP-008, DORA, IEC 62443 |
| Carrier, bank, plant and grid diagnostics | Separate domain tools | Industry packs correlated with IT telemetry |
| Where the AI runs | Vendor-hosted models | Inside your boundary |

Works with your stack
Open standards in, evidence out.
No proprietary agents to install. Verity reads what you already collect.
- OpenTelemetry metrics, traces and logs over OTLP, including GenAI spans from your own AI applications.
- Prometheus federation and scrape-target health.
- MCP server so other AI agents can have their claims verified before they act.
- Industry adapters for 3GPP counters, ISO 8583 and ISO 20022, OPC UA, DNP3 and IEC 61850 through one-way gateways.
Deployment
Runs inside your boundary.
| Option | Where it runs | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Your cloud | Your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, inside your network boundary | Teams that want managed operations without data leaving their tenancy |
| On-premises | Your data center, on your GPUs or ours | Regulated workloads with data residency requirements |
| Air-gapped | Isolated networks with no internet connection | Defense, critical infrastructure and classified environments |
| TuQuant managed | Dedicated, single-tenant environment operated by TuQuant | Fast pilots and teams without infrastructure capacity |
FAQ
Common questions.
How is this different from the AI assistants in other observability tools?
Those assistants suggest a root cause and leave the checking to your engineers. Verity runs every suggested cause as a set of tests against your metrics, logs, topology and change history, and only shows the ones that pass, with the evidence attached.
What does proof-of-fix mean?
After a fix runs, Verity measures the affected services again. If they recover, the incident closes as proven. If nothing changes or things get worse, the fix is rolled back and the next confirmed cause is tried. Recovery that started before the fix is not credited.
Which industries does it cover?
It ships with diagnostic packs for telecommunications, banking and payments, manufacturing, and energy and utilities. Each pack includes the dependency model, KPIs, thresholds, runbooks and the business-impact model for that industry.
Does our telemetry leave our environment?
No. Verity runs in your cloud account, data center or an air-gapped network, and its agents use models hosted inside that boundary.
How does it connect to what we already run?
It accepts OpenTelemetry metrics, traces and logs, reads from Prometheus, and exposes an MCP server so other AI agents can ask it to verify their own claims before acting.
Can AI agents change our control systems on their own?
Not in plants or grids. Every action that touches an operational-technology system waits for a named person to approve it. In IT estates you set which low-risk actions may run automatically.
